Our Facility
Welcome to the little world just beyond the office where Jen, Ed and Paddy work. As you can see, all our work is done on premises. The folks who write the orders and the guy who makes sure your art is sent to our printshop in proper form, are always within arms reach of the lads who produce your final product.
Most of our work is done on our M&R Sportsman automatic press. Just three months old, it is an up-to-date screen press with all the digitally assisted doo-dads and gee-gaws to help the guys make sure everything comes out ok.
We also feature an Antec Legend manual press. While this old guy is 15 years old, we've recently re-conditioned it, freshening up what few parts actually wear out on this workhorse. We've been using Antec presses since 1982 and they're still the best in the business. Today, our Legend is primarily used for smaller runs.
And here's our Kornit 931 Direct-On-Garment digital t-shirt printer. We've had the big guy since June of 2005, making us one of the first printshops in the country to go digital. There are now a number of digital printers on the market but the Kornit is the only industrial machine designed for steady daily operation.
