Camera-ready, disk, etc. If we're creating the art (and we'll be glad to), we'll definitely need to speak if we're to quote on artwork. Even then an accurate quote is not always possible. We'll be glad to accept artwork in almost any format. Hard copy on paper or board, disk (we're MAC but we've had no trouble reading PC files), or email. We prefer EPS files for spot work and TIFF for four-color process, but we'll take Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. When receiving emailed files, we prefer they be stuffed. Please see our artwork requirements, and don't be afraid to call if what you see is more technical than you care to deal with. We understand quite well that most of our customers are not graphics professionals. We will not treat you like an idiot.
