Custom Printing
Custom Printing accounts for over half of the work we do and we are happy to produce orders from 12 pieces to many thousands. We now produce in two ways: screenprinting and digital. While we’ve been screening since 1981, three years ago, we purchased a Kornit 931, the first and finest digital printer on the market. We are capable of screening from one to six colors and we can do anything from simple one color artwork to more complex full process printing on white, light or dark garments. Digital printing is preferred for full color images and for multi-color images in shorter runs.
You'll probably be getting a number of quotes for your job and there are several things that you should consider when deciding which printer to hire and whether screening or digital imaging is most appropriate for your needs:
1. Price is certainly a consideration, but, sadly, this is the only thing analyzed by too many when selecting a printer. When comparing price quotes, be sure that you are comparing apples and apples. There is a wide variety of garments and a wide disparity in their quality. With the wholesalers of blanks carrying huge inventory within a day’s reach, any printer can get you almost any garment available. We believe that our prices are competitive and that you'll find us in the ballpark with most other printers of quality.
2. Customer service - We believe that you'll find our customer service is second to none and that our thousands of satisfied customers will happily agree. Each of us handling your account, Ed, Jen or Wayne, with over 60 combined years in the business, realizes that ordering printed clothing can be confusing and each will patiently assist you in the process. It is our job to be sure that you are comfortable in the process and that, at its end, you are delighted with the product you receive from us.
3. Printing Expertise and On Time Delivery - As we enter our 28th year in the business, we've handled nearly every type of job imaginable. Lawrence, our production foreman, has been with us since 1987 and knows every aspect inside and out. He knows, as we do, that every job, large or small, simple or complex, deserves the same care and attention. We've given him the finest equipment available and with it, Lawrence and his crew will produce your job on time and with the quality you expect and deserve.
